All lamps shall be protected by a of 0.030" of plastic between the lamps and the front face of the panel, all embedded light sources and associated circuitry shall be recessed from the rear surface of the panel and covered with a of 0.020" film of non-conductive resin; resin shall not protrude above the rear surface of the panel

The panels shall be capable of withstanding five cycles of temperature shock where each cycle consists of a 1hr soak time at -65c, a 3 minute transition between-65c and 85c, and a 1hr soak time at 85c
