Functional Description:
Used to accomplish the repairs by positioning the shaft, covering unsprayed areas to prevent overspray and providing for placement of test coupons to monitor spray parameters; used for seal teeth restoration on outer diameter; in addition it is used to mask the seal teeth during grit blasting - in preparation for thermal spray
