Bowl, water, spill proff, military working dog

The bowl shall be designed and fabricated to provide a sanitary, portable means to serve water to military working dog's while preventing any loss of water due to tipping or jostling of the bowl. The bowl shall be fabricated with an opening in the top at least four inches in diameter that allows the dog access to the water in order to drink; as well as internal baffles or other features that prevent water from spilling out of the bowl, even if it is turned upside down while filled to its rated capacity. The bowl design shall permit it to be manually emptied when desired, and to be manually scrubbed, inside and out. The bowl shall have a rated capacity of at least 64 fluid ounces. The bowl material shall be stainless steel.
