Plate, lug, handle, pin are steel; pad material chloroprene; handle length is approximately 18.500 inches long; 45.0 degree angle at base; 4.000 inches from base plate handle is 3.250 inch radii at 15.0 degree bend; top of handle is chamfered 45.0 degrees; lug is welded on handle 7.320 inches up from bottom of handle w/drilled through hole 0.250 inch diameter to accomodate pin which is tack welded in place
