Ksteel barrel; clip feed method; composed of rifle, cal.30 m1903a3 demilitarized in accordance with dod 4160.21-m-1 and as follows: utilizing either an acetylene torch or an arc welder (cutting electrode), burn through the upper portion of the barrel directly above and into the steel segment installed in the barrel bore. This is approximately 1-1/2 inches forward of the receiver. Using a high heat range, carbon impregnated welding rod, apply weld into the bore cavity
