An interconnecting device which provides high density electrical connection when pressure mounted between printed wiring components, miniature electronic components or between a printed wiring component and an electrical cable. The construction may consist of alternating layers of conductive and nonconductive material; parallel oriented wires imbedded in a nonconductive material or parallel oriented film conductors wrapped around a nonconductive core.
